4 Maryland Chicken Pieces
400ml can of Coconut Milk
2-3 tbsp. fresh Herbs (finely chopped)
2-3 Garlic Cloves minced
Juice of 2 Lemons
Dash of Coconut Aminos
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper

4 Maryland Chicken Pieces
400ml can of Coconut Milk

Method
- Preheat oven at 175°C
- Heat frypan with a tbsp coconut oil. Bown chicken turning once. Place chicken in lined baking tray.
- Combine Coconut Milk, Herbs, Cloves, Lemon Juice, Coconut Aminos, Tabasco, and Salt & Pepper in bowl. Pour over chicken, and place left over lemon halves in baking tray with Chicken.
- Bake in oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with Roast Vegetables, Salad, or Steamed Greens
