Nicole is passionate about eating well and helping people within communities to improve their health and well-being in order to get more out of life. Nicole previously suffered from intolerance's, and digestive issues. Her lifestyle, and in particular Paleo has turned her life around with revitalised health and energy. Her journey to renewed health has fuelled her interest in cooking, fitness, and nutrition. Coupled with her lifestyle within rural Australia, this led to the creation of Nic's Paleo Treats, and now Inspired Food for Life. Her goal is to assist people in making wise lifestyle choices by offering recipes, lifestyle tips and much more. The cookbook has been created to encourage you in your own journey to full health.
