Most call me passionate, dedicated, and disciplined in what I do. The reason for this, is that I believe my purpose in life is to help people to live happier and healthier lives and find their purpose in life. I have a strong faith, and believe that this faith has directed me to where I am today. I also love cooking, exercise, gym, outdoors, and being active. 

I have a varied background in terms of work and where I have lived. Having worked in banking, the resource industry, family farms, and many others. I originally studied a Bachelor of Agricultural Science which has allowed me to have an understanding of how the beautiful food that we produce throughout Australia is grown, and also how our bodies function. My love of gym also led me to study a Certificate III in fitness, further enhancing my knowledge of digestion, and exercise.

During recent years, I have focused on making my own lifestyle changes in terms of beliefs, mindset, and balance. This has led to my current study in a Bachelor of Psychology. I am hoping that this field will allow me to further influence and help people who are suffering throughout Australia and especially the rural communities that I love. 

My goal is to inspire you to improve your lifestyle, and teach you how to reap the benefits of eating well, being active, having spiritual health, and a balanced lifestyle. I know there are so many people out there who want to make a change but don't know how. I have the desire to help you with not just the knowledge, but also how to make the change. Mindset and our habits are also big factors that influence how we live. 

I have been embracing the Paleo lifestyle since June 2012. I initially changed my diet as I was training for a half marathon and was eating clean. I wasn’t having any processed foods, just proteins, vegetables, fruit, and my protein shakes.  A friend asked if I was eating Paleo. I had absolutely no idea what they were talking about and started to investigate. As I lived in rural QLD, at this time, I didn’t know anyone else that was Paleo but decided to give it a go. As I was eating clean, the change wasn’t too sudden and I quickly saw the results I was looking for.  I eventually stopped taking my supplements and proteins shakes as I was getting results without the need for these. I was getting all the nutrition I needed from what I was eating and was no longer getting muscle cramps and felt better. Although, I live Paleo 90 to 95 per cent of the time I believe that the way each person should eat is different and there are many variances of Paleo or healthy lifestyle diets. My focus is not necessarily to force you to go Paleo but to make positive lifestyle changes.

I also aim to inspire you to live a healthier and happier life in terms of emotional, psychological, and spiritual health. This is through sharing new ideas, and experiences to help you understand that there is a better way live. That health isn't just about food or exercise. It is much greater than that. We were created to live life to the fullest. Lets make it happen!!!
