Add Sweet Potato, Zucchini, Red Wine Vinegar, Coconut Aminos, Maple Syrup and Beef stock. Simmer till liquid has reduced and Sweet Potato is cooked. This should take about 20 to 30 minutes.<br />4. Meanwhile, prepare Asian Slaw. Mix Cabbage, Basil, Apple Cider Vinegar, &frac12; tbsp Olive Oil in bowl, and season with Salt &amp; Pepper. Set aside.<br />5. Set beef aside<br />3.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Melt remaining butter, cook onion and garlic over medium heat for 2-3 minutes<br />4.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Add mushroom and cook for a further 2-3 minutes<br />5.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Pour in vinegar and simmer till almost evaporated. <br />6.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stir in beef stock, tomato paste, coconut milk, and parsley. </span>Return beef to pan. Bring to boil and simmer until sauce &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;thickens<br />7.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Season with salt and pepper. Stirring occasionally</li><li>Add the Beef Mince and Garlic, and cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Ensure the Mince is stirred whilst cooking.</li><li>Add the Tomato Paste, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Beef Stock, Red wine (optional), Salt and Pepper. Soak dates in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.</span><br /><span>2. Place all other ingredients in large bowl</span><br /><span>3. Drain dates, and place in food processor. Pulse a few times to break up dates.</span><br /><span>4. Add other ingredients to food processor and process for approximately 2 minutes. Ensure that sides are scraped down during processing for even consistency.</span><br /><span>5. Spoon out mixture for desired size, and roll into a ball.</span><br /><span>6.
